Elevate Outdoor Collective, the umbrella company for several ski, snowboard, and snowshoe brands, wanted to simplify payment processing, reconciliation, and accounting across the US and Canada. With separate processors and ERPs creating manual work and slow month-end close, the company turned to Stripe to support a more efficient, scalable finance workflow.
Stripe, working with specialized partner Nova Module, helped integrate Stripe and NetSuite with BigCommerce and other systems using PayPack, Celigo flows, Stripe Elements, and Radar for Fraud Teams. The result was a move from two payment processors and two ERPs to one of each, reconciliation time cut from 10 days to 5 days per month, faster payment processing, and major fraud reduction, including dispute drops of about 98% for several brands.
