Dines, a hospitality software provider, faced growing complexity as restaurants and venues shifted between mobile, countertop, and tableside ordering, creating longer wait times, more complaints, and difficulty managing payouts, adjustments, and refunds. To simplify operations, Dines worked with Stripe, using its online payments platform, Radar, Connect, and later Stripe Terminal.

Stripe implemented Stripe Terminal alongside Connect to unify online and in-person payments into one hospitality management experience in under two weeks. With Stripe, Dines reported a 150% increase in revenue per venue, 4x projected year-on-year transaction growth, and more than 75% of payments now processed in person; customers also saw up to 50% less food wastage and larger groups saved up to 40 hours a week on admin.
