Decathlon needed a payment provider to support its growing marketplace for local sports classes and coaches, while managing complex payments and time-sensitive partial refunds. Using Stripe, Decathlon automated coach onboarding and simplified payment and refund handling for its marketplace. In 15 months, Decathlon Canada onboarded 300 new coaches across 11 stores and completed about 10,000 bookings, with Stripe helping reduce administrative effort and support rapid growth.
