ChowNow implemented Stripe Data Pipeline to send Stripe data directly into Snowflake, giving the team a secure, low-latency single source of truth. With Stripe, ChowNow gained deeper payment and customer insights, improved fraud detection, and better marketing targeting, helping reduce CAC and support retention. The company also used interchange fee data to evaluate margins and justify a shift to a recurring subscription model for its commission-free product.
