Child Care Seer launches a complete management platform for child care providers in less than one year

Child Care Seer set out to build childcare management software that would simplify scheduling, staffing, communication, billing, and payouts for childcare providers and parents. To support those needs, the company worked with Stripe, through Stripe Payments and related products, to create a flexible payments system that could handle credit cards, ACH, bank transfers, and subscription-based billing.

With Stripe, Child Care Seer launched a scalable platform in under 12 months and streamlined operations for day-care centers, managers, parents, and teachers. The results included 73% of bill payers adding a credit card, more than 1,200 parents enrolled in online payments, and an 18% month-over-month increase in parents paying online, helping providers get paid faster and manage payments more efficiently.
