Zenoti is an enterprise cloud platform that helps salons, spas and medspas manage appointments, billing, inventory and customer journeys for more than 5,000 businesses across 32 countries. Because around 90% of its customers’ transactions still occur in-person, Zenoti faced friction around check-ins, card deposits, tipping and checkouts that made in-store operations and customer experience cumbersome.
Zenoti extended its existing Stripe integration by adding Stripe Terminal—going live in under a month—to enable stored cards-on-file, one-touch in-store payments, and seamless interoperability with Stripe Connect and Billing. The result is faster merchant onboarding (seconds vs. weeks), a unified view of customers across channels, and smoother in-person transactions that reduce operational friction and improve reporting and dispute handling.
