The results were strong: Cedar integrated Connect in six months with a small team, achieved a 0.2% payment acceptance uplift with Adaptive Acceptance and a 1.61% uplift with account updater and network tokens in 2023, and maintained a 90% patient satisfaction rate for Cedar Pay users.
