Case Study: Castlery unifies payments, speeds refunds and expands to the US with Stripe

A Stripe Case Study

Preview of the Castlery Case Study

Castlery accepts in-person and online payments with Stripe, expands to the US

Castlery is a Singapore-founded direct-to-consumer furniture brand (est. 2013) that grew from an online retailer into physical showrooms. As it expanded into Australia and the US, managing separate in-store and ecommerce payments created manual work, slow refunds and complex reconciliation across systems.

Castlery integrated Stripe’s unified platform and Stripe Terminal—implemented within a month with developer support—to automatically sync in-store transactions, speed refunds from weeks to days, and give teams a single customer and transaction view for easier reconciliation. For US expansion they added Stripe Radar and tailored risk rules (including 3D Secure 2), improving fraud protection while streamlining payments and operations.
