Bloomerang, a CRM and fundraising software provider for nonprofits, needed a simpler way to process donations directly on its platform while splitting payments automatically and improving support, onboarding, and fraud protection. It turned to Stripe and Stripe Connect to solve these challenges for Bloomerang Payments.

Stripe implemented Connect, Elements, Radar for Fraud Teams, Sigma, and automated chargeback disputes to streamline onboarding, enable Apple Pay and Google Pay, and reduce fraud and manual review. The results included more than 60% annual growth in online donation volume, a 20% year-over-year increase in total nonprofit donations, a 226% decline in chargebacks in 2023, and an 80% reduction in transactions needing manual review.
