Atlassian selected Stripe Billing and Payments to consolidate payments into one architecture and jointly developed custom features to support enterprise needs. Stripe’s ML-powered billing (including smart retries that recover ~14% more revenue), flexible Subscription API for invoicing and pricing, and automated B2B payment support reduced operational costs and unlocked new revenue opportunities while letting Atlassian keep engineering focused on product innovation.
