A Stripe Case Study
ALL CONNECT, which sells communications infrastructure through its web sales agency Net Navi and MVNO Broad WiMAX, needed a faster, lower-cost way to launch new subscription services. Existing systems took about 6 months and 20–30 million yen to implement, and payment processing for subscriptions created added complexity around billing, receivables, and card payments. ALL CONNECT turned to Stripe to streamline these launches and enable credit card payments quickly.
With Stripe, ALL CONNECT implemented Stripe Billing, Stripe Sigma, and Stripe Revenue Recognition to automate monthly invoicing, declined payment handling, refunds, and accounting reporting. The company launched a new product in about two months instead of the usual much longer timeline, and back-office work dropped dramatically: one employee can now handle what previously took four employees, in about 40 hours a month. Stripe also eliminated manual data imports and reporting, helping ALL CONNECT reduce operations and support growth.
