Raymond James, a Forbes-ranked global bank, was operating more than 4,000 Oracle GoldenGate instances and needed real-time, granular visibility into replication between source and target systems to meet demanding business SLAs. The existing GoldenGate deployments could replicate data but lacked monitoring and root-cause visibility, causing inevitable data loss and delayed delivery to BI and reporting users.
