Zenika, an IT consulting and software training firm in France, needed a fast way to move its 100% face-to-face training business online during COVID-19 while preserving the interactive, relationship-driven experience that defined its courses. With over 100 courses and 200 instructors worldwide, the company also wanted to simplify the setup and management of training devices and virtual machines.

Strigo provided Zenika with its virtual training platform, giving the team an all-in-one environment for live training, labs, internal meetings, and events. Zenika moved to remote training in just a few weeks, trained instructors in under an hour, and delivered over 4,000 hours of training in 2020 while selling more training year over year. The shift also expanded Zenika’s international reach, improved customer satisfaction in a survey of 1,700 trainees, and reduced IT effort and costs through automated lab provisioning and teardown.
