J’adore Models, an award-winning Manchester-based modelling agency, sought to enhance its employee engagement and feedback processes to better support its inclusive culture and a newly dispersed team with a second office. Their previous methods, including a physical post box and Google Forms, were impractical and lacked anonymity, hindering open communication. They turned to Stribe, an employee engagement platform, to create a safer, more effective space for feedback.

Using Stribe’s anonymous surveys and shout-outs feature, J’adore Models fostered honest conversations that led to meaningful changes, such as refining their bonus scheme and improving wellbeing initiatives. The solution resulted in a highly engaged team, with 206 shout-outs sent and 2,938 survey responses collected. Stribe provided the insights needed to make data-driven decisions that improved retention and helped the agency successfully adapt its practices for growth.
