StreetSmart Receives Frost & Sullivan’s Customer Leadership Award in Mobile Workforce Applications

Frost & Sullivan set out to evaluate the North American SMB mobile workforce applications market and identify vendors that truly deliver customer value for resource-constrained small businesses. Their challenge was to find solutions that address tight budgets, limited IT staff, skepticism about ROI, and high churn risk while remaining easy to buy, deploy, and scale. In this review Frost & Sullivan examined StreetSmart, ClickSoftware’s cloud-based StreetSmart suite of mobile worker applications.
