A StreetSmart Case Study
Rockstar Energy Drink, founded in 1998 and now a top-three North American energy drink, faced the challenge of managing a nationwide distribution network and a large, remote sales force. To better track mileage, stops and time spent at each account, Rockstar implemented StreetSmart’s mobile solution (the ClickSoftware StreetSmart app) for its field representatives.
StreetSmart was deployed on iPhones so reps could check in/out of shifts and log jobs at each location, and coordinators used StreetSmart reports to monitor route coverage, time per stop and individual performance. The rollout delivered a 33% increase in customer visits per rep (from about 15 to 20 daily) along with improved customer service, employee retention and more effective distribution management.
