The customer's challenge was to differentiate their new building from similar nearby competitors with a fresh and spirited interior design, all within a tight amenity program.

The solution implemented by Streetsense drew inspiration from Europe's grand cafés to establish an atmosphere of approachable elegance. This included designing a central two-story space with wood-clad arches, a custom zinc bar, and a multifunctional rooftop club room.
