Clemson University, a major science- and technology-focused public university with about 25,000 students, aimed to create a comprehensive, technology-driven parking and transportation program. Before partnering with Streetline, the campus mobile app showed only a static map and provided no real-time parking availability, leaving students, faculty and staff to search for spaces manually.

In 2013 Streetline installed sensors in 300 high-demand spaces and launched ParkEdge, an off-street self-publishing tool that enabled campus staff to publish real-time lot availability to the campus app. The solution reduced congestion and emissions, improved pedestrian safety, and helped Clemson earn the Carolinas Parking Association 2015 Award of Excellence for innovation and efficiency.
