PKSF, one of Bangladesh's leading development institutions, faced challenges with fragmented manual data collection and limited visibility of WASH activities across thousands of remote field points. They needed a system for accurate geo-tagged verification and consistent reporting. Streams Tech developed a comprehensive GIS/GPS-based Monitoring & Evaluation system to address these challenges.

The solution was a cloud-based platform with an offline-capable mobile app for real-time data collection, validation, and visualization. This system enabled PKSF to monitor over 500,000 sanitation interventions and track the progress of 4,000 trained local entrepreneurs. Streams Tech's implementation provided significant impact, directly benefiting over 4.7 million people and advancing SDG goals for water and sanitation access across 78 upazilas.
