BRAC International, a global development organization, faced challenges in managing data for its multi-country Accelerating Impact for Marginalized (AIM) program. These challenges included fragmented data collection, delayed reporting cycles, and a lack of centralized visibility due to diverse operational contexts and limited connectivity in field offices. To address this, they partnered with vendor Streams Tech to develop a comprehensive Monitoring & Evaluation and Learning system.

Streams Tech designed and deployed BInsight, a scalable cloud-based platform featuring a web dashboard and an offline-first Android mobile app. The solution provided real-time data collection, automated validation, and centralized reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making. This resulted in BRAC International achieving real-time visibility and streamlined reporting across all seven countries, fundamentally improving the agility and impact measurement of the AIM program.
