7-Eleven, a premier chain in the convenience retailing industry, sought to improve the operation and potential of its in-store audio delivery solution. The company was using ordinary radio with limited advertising benefits. The vendor, Streamit, through its partner Royal Streaming, provided a solution using the SIR120 internet radio.

Royal Streaming, using Streamit products, implemented a custom internet radio solution for 7-Eleven. The solution involved live-streamed, dedicated radio stations for each store, which allowed for complete customization and the opportunity for 7-Eleven to run its own advertising to help increase revenue. The Streamit SIR120 internet radios were installed in all of the company's nearly 200 stores in Sweden.
