The solution from Stream included market-leading workplace savings accounts with a high interest rate, flexible pay options, and workplace loans, all managed through the Stream app. The program was met with significant positive engagement, with 36,000 colleagues downloading the app shortly after launch. This initiative, one of the UK's largest financial wellbeing programmes, provided ASDA employees with greater financial flexibility and security.
