Kid’s Avenue, trading as Scandinavian House, sells mid‑ and high‑end children’s bedroom furniture across retailers and direct to consumers. As sales and partner numbers grew, their back‑office was fragmented (Sage Line 50, Excel/Word/Google Docs, Multimap), causing lost real‑time order visibility, mountains of paperwork, frequent customer enquiries and strained operations during a premises move.
