Land Energy, one of the UK’s largest wood pellet manufacturers delivering around 100,000 tonnes a year, faced the typical bulk‑haulage challenge of not knowing exact delivery quantities until the point of drop‑off. To solve complex logistics, customer visibility and billing delays they adopted Stream’s solution — using Stream Go and its Bulk Quantity Adjustments feature — so drivers can record metered pellet quantities and evidence directly in the mobile app.

Stream’s implementation lets drivers log actual dispensed quantities, capture photos, and provide real‑time location and delivery updates; customers receive automatic quotes, two‑hour delivery slots, live tracking and post‑delivery reports. Since adopting Stream in December 2018 all of Land Energy’s bulk deliveries are managed with Stream Go, reducing admin and errors, keeping inventory accurate, enabling immediate billing to improve cash flow, and delivering noticeably better customer and driver experiences.
