Good Doctor, Indonesia’s leading B2B health tech platform, needed a better way to manage doctor-patient communication while reducing queue times and improving usability. To solve this, it turned to Stream and its chat infrastructure to support real-time telehealth conversations across mobile and web apps.
Stream implemented a scalable chat solution using Android, iOS, and JavaScript SDKs, along with notifications, read receipts, rich media sharing, and UI components. The result was faster doctor responses, shorter queue times, and a better experience for both doctors and patients, while also setting Good Doctor up for future growth such as video consultations.
