Pepsi Lipton, the joint venture behind Lipton Ice Tea, needed a simpler way to share consumer insights across a large, globally distributed organization. With teams across Europe, North America, LATAM, Asia, Asia Pacific, and China, the company lacked a central hub for storing and accessing research, making it difficult to keep consumers at the heart of decision-making. Stravito, the cloud-based insights platform, was brought in to help solve this challenge.
Using Stravito, Pepsi Lipton created a central library for insights, uploading more than 1,000 reports in about ten months and making them available to marketing, R&D, and regional teams. Stravito’s automated document tagging, drag-and-drop uploading, deep search, and curated collections helped employees find and reuse research quickly, improving knowledge sharing and democratizing insights across the business.
