A Stravito Case Study
La-Z-Boy, a long-standing American furniture manufacturer, faced the challenge of reinvigorating its brand and expanding its consumer base in a post-COVID market. As part of its new "Century Vision" growth strategy, the company needed to establish a first-ever consumer insights function. The challenge was to make this new research easily accessible and actionable across the organization to foster consumer-centric decision-making. To address this, La-Z-Boy turned to the vendor Stravito for a knowledge management platform.
Stravito provided a centralized insights platform that enabled quick and efficient sharing of research. The solution featured powerful search capabilities and tools for socializing insights, which helped democratize information across teams. While still in the early stages of implementation, La-Z-Boy successfully onboarded users from sales, merchandising, and marketing. The vision for Stravito is to become an enterprise-wide hub for all 11,500 employees, with success being measured by user adoption and the eventual impact of insights on business decisions.
