National Wildlife Federation - Customer Case Study

The National Wildlife Federation (NWF), a long-standing conservation organization founded from the 1936 North American Wildlife Conference, reached a turning point in 2012 when its volume-driven fundraising model and a patchwork of legacy systems led to rising costs, duplicated and incomplete donor records, reliance on outside vendors, and underperforming direct-response campaigns.
