These labels, generated directly from the digital model, contained all necessary installation data, including a unique grid offset tool for precise placement. This allowed Postler & Jaeckle to build and install directly from the label, drastically reducing the need for digital devices or paper drawings. The results were significant, including double-digit productivity gains, a massive reduction in errors (with less than 1.5% of 10,000 hangers changed), and the ability to install with smaller crews, saving on high labor costs.
