Thomas Group is a global manufacturer of metal components for the aerosol, cosmetic, perfume and pharmaceutical industries, with eight sites worldwide, ~400 employees and €100M in revenue. The company runs centralized, server‑based ERP, CAD/CAM and office applications from a mirrored datacenter in Germany, so any server outage risked disrupting production, orders and customer service across its international operations.
