TAP Air Portugal, the country’s flagship carrier, faced fragmented data and limited analytics as growing data volumes and complex operations left critical information trapped in silos. By adopting MicroStrategy’s Web, Visual Insight, and Mobile tools, TAP centralized data governance, standardized reporting, and enabled self-service analytics for about 500 users. The implementation delivered a single source of truth, stronger security, faster, customized workflows, closer IT–business collaboration, and measurable gains in reporting agility, productivity, and customer service.
