eHarmony, a relationship-science driven dating service founded in 2000 and operating in multiple countries, needed better, faster visibility into customer behavior, marketing performance, and product adoption. Executives and analysts required on-the-go access to key performance indicators and the ability to drill into web traffic, registrations, subscriptions, and campaign attribution from a multi-terabyte data warehouse to make timely decisions and improve the user experience.

eHarmony implemented MicroStrategy for enterprise BI and engaged MicroStrategy’s Mobile QuickStrike to build an iPhone app that surfaces intuitive dashboards, scorecards, and drill-downs. By using Intelligent Cubes and caching for near-real-time performance, the app delivers actionable insights in seconds; managers and C-level users now track trends and campaign effectiveness daily, accelerating decision-making, improving marketing ROI, and increasing BI team efficiency.
