Dixons Carphone, a leading independent mobile retailer with nearly 2,000 stores across Europe, built a MicroStrategy sales KPI dashboard (MyBI) but faced a major adoption challenge: employees were dispersed across countries, spoke multiple languages, and could not easily attend centralized instructor-led training. Ensuring widespread, consistent use of the dashboard was critical to realizing its business value.

MicroStrategy Education produced an on-demand training video—developed with Dixons Carphone to focus on business benefits and workflow—and published it on the intranet and the dashboard itself. The English version was rolled out to 800 users, with future language voice-overs planned, enabling a rapid, low-cost launch without face-to-face training. The result was higher user adoption, reduced classroom expenses, and a flexible, multi-language training solution that could be revisited as needed.
