Ceva Santé Animale is a global veterinary health company (9th largest, operating in 40 countries with ~$700M revenue) that needed a fast, secure way to give its sales force and managers access to consolidated CRM, ERP and sales data across devices and countries. The challenge was to empower users to build role- and country-specific reports and access critical information during brief client visits—online or offline—without relying on VPNs.

After evaluating MicroStrategy, Cognos and Business Objects, CEVA chose MicroStrategy and built a sales enablement mobile app that aggregates data, works offline, and includes mapping and scheduling tools. The app went from concept to production in three months, ramped to an initial 70 users with plans for 700, improved sales rep productivity and customer interactions, and delivered a timely return on investment while establishing MicroStrategy as a strategic partner.
