Adiq, the acquiring arm of Brazil’s BS2 bank that captures and processes electronic payments, faced a highly competitive market and a critical internal challenge: information delivery and operational insights were manual and slow. To scale efficiently and better support customers, sub-acquirers and internal stakeholders, Adiq needed faster, unified access to transactional and machine-level data (location, demographics, revenue, etc.) to drive strategic decisions.

Since 2019 Adiq has used MicroStrategy BI and Analytics to turn raw operational data into dashboards and reports for executives and front-line teams, standardizing indicators and speeding report generation. The solution enabled stronger portfolio management, a more data-driven commercial team, faster chargeback capacity monitoring, and new business opportunities—ultimately improving decision speed and helping increase transaction volume on Adiq machines; HyperIntelligence is now being rolled out to give instant hover-over customer insights to sales executives.
