Fiesta Restaurant Group, the Addison, TX–based owner and operator of Pollo Tropical and Taco Cabana with 10,000+ employees and $400M+ in revenue, faced enterprise-wide BI challenges across people, process, and technology. A small IT organization, manual, tribal processes, lack of governance and standardization, and disparate data sources and tools were impeding reporting, analytics and day-to-day operations.
