Pfizer faced the challenge of enabling its global field teams with consistent, governed reporting across 27 markets while still supporting self-service, ad hoc analysis, and localized needs. To address this, Pfizer used Strategy’s BI platform and semantic layer to build a custom solution suite for global field enablement.
Strategy implemented a mobile- and offline-optimized suite with multi-language support, local customization, and AI-powered tools such as pre-call planning, predictive analytics, and geolocation recommendations. The result was aligned KPIs and definitions across markets, stronger governance, and faster access to insights for reps on the go, helping reduce reporting and decision-making from hours to seconds.
