Strategy implemented a centralized data ecosystem with unified definitions and aligned KPIs, then moved Bayer to Strategy Cloud to speed up access for field representatives. Using Strategy’s secure, scalable architecture, Bayer built a custom mobile app that delivered real-time patient insights to its field workforce, enabling personalized care from anywhere, even offline.
