Capgemini, a global provider of consulting and technology services, needed a business intelligence solution to integrate into its SaaS Procurement Intelligence application. The challenge was to empower its clients with self-service reporting capabilities, allowing them to create dynamic reports without needing to leave the platform. They sought a powerful yet easy-to-use tool that would fit their SaaS model and eliminate the need for custom report requests.

Strategy Companion implemented its Analyzer solution, which was seamlessly integrated into Capgemini's application to provide intuitive self-service reporting. The result was an extremely positive response from clients, who were now able to create their own custom views and reports. This eliminated all special requests for reports from customers and is believed to increase sales of the Procurement Intelligence service. Strategy Companion's product was also noted for being easy to integrate and for the vendor's responsive support.
