The customer Oreo faced the challenge of achieving mass awareness for its 100th birthday to reinforce its brand equity and to promote a new limited-edition Birthday Cake cookie flavor. The vendor, Strategic Objectives, was tasked with creating a campaign to support these goals.

Strategic Objectives executed a multi-faceted experiential campaign featuring a massive public party in Toronto with a celebrity host and a 16-foot tall Oreo cookie. The solution also included a National Day of Sharing, influencer engagement with special kits, and a media tour. The results were unprecedented, generating over 100 million media impressions, 462 media stories, and causing the Birthday Cake Oreo cookies to sell out, while also earning multiple awards for the campaign.
