Using the Stratasys Objet30 at every stage—from mockups to functional prototypes—Top Notch validated fit, sealing and ergonomics quickly, eliminated the need for multiple methods (SLS + SLA), and produced exhibition‑ready, painted parts indistinguishable from end products. The Objet30 delivered smoother surface finish than SLA, sped development to meet the sub‑month deadline, streamlined fit testing (saving significant time), and allowed Top Notch to replace several prototyping systems with a single Stratasys solution.
