Synergy's Clients Make Confident Decisions with Ultra-Realistic Prototypes

Synergy, a product development company in Netanya, Israel, needed ultra-realistic prototypes so designers, engineers and entrepreneurs could evaluate ergonomics, fit and finish quickly. Traditional outsourcing and multi-step processes (CNC, casting, sanding, engraving) took 10 days–2 weeks and about $700 per unit, so Synergy brought a Stratasys J750 3D printer in-house to shorten timelines and improve prototype fidelity.

By using the Stratasys J750, Synergy now produces full-color, multi-material, textured prototypes in hours instead of weeks, cutting cost per unit from $700 to $200 (a $500/71% savings) and reducing lead time to about one day. The Stratasys solution enabled rapid iteration with realistic soft-touch buttons, accurate light-transfer and integrated electronics fittings, letting clients make faster, more confident design and ergonomic decisions and accelerating product development.
