Scalable, Continuous Production Opens New Opportunities for In'Tech Industries

In'Tech Industries, a contract manufacturer of plastic parts offering engineering, tooling, injection molding and additive manufacturing services, faced growing customer demand for rapid prototyping and short-run production that exceeded the capacity of individual 3D printers. To capture more of that market and deliver parts faster for fit, form and function testing, they needed a scalable, automated printing solution — provided by Stratasys in the form of the Continuous Build 3D Demonstrator.

In'Tech adopted the Stratasys Continuous Build 3D Demonstrator, a modular system of print-engine racks (currently deployed as a 9‑unit setup) that runs multiple engines in parallel, auto‑ejects parts and redistributes jobs automatically if an engine fails. The Stratasys solution increased throughput and flexibility — letting In'Tech produce near‑injection‑molding quality parts same day or next day, avoid hard‑tooling costs for limited runs, and scale capacity by adding racks within about a week rather than months.
