Renew Dental, a prosthodontic practice in Phoenix, helped patient Candice Baier-Gregory overcome long-standing denture problems, including poor retention, discomfort, and embarrassment while speaking and eating. Using Stratasys’ TrueDent 3D-printed denture solution on the J5 DentaJet printer, Renew Dental aimed to provide a better-fitting, more natural-looking prosthesis for a patient who had struggled with traditional dentures for years.

Stratasys’ TrueDent workflow combined intraoral scanning, CAD design, and monolithic full-color printing to create a denture with improved fit, stability, and aesthetics. The result was a life-changing improvement for the patient: better chewing and speech function, fewer adjustment appointments, reduced chair time and costs, and the ability to reprint a replacement quickly from the digital file if needed.
