RAUCH Harnesses SAF™ and FDM® Technologies for Innovative Equipment Manufacturing

RAUCH, a Germany-based agricultural machinery manufacturer known for innovation and sustainability, needed a faster, more flexible way to develop durable, high-performance parts for prototype and near-series equipment. The company turned to Stratasys and its SAF™ and FDM® 3D printing technologies, including the SAF H350™ system, to support early-stage prototyping, sample parts, and functional testing.

With Stratasys SAF and FDM, RAUCH was able to produce highly detailed prototypes in as little as 24 hours, reduce material costs, and speed up development cycles while improving part stability and availability. Using PA11, PA12, and SAF PP materials, Stratasys helped RAUCH increase print speed, enhance mechanical resistance and UV stability, and advance its goal of more sustainable, industrial-grade agricultural manufacturing.
