OxySure, a Texas-based designer and manufacturer of portable oxygen generators, was relying on an external service bureau for prototype models as its design output grew, which drove up costs and extended turnaround times. To bring modeling in-house and reduce delays, OxySure purchased the Stratasys Dimension system to enable quick, low-training 3D printing directly within their design process.

Stratasys’ Dimension system cut OxySure’s cost per part (including overhead) by at least 50% and significantly reduced turnaround time without sacrificing strength or resolution, while physical 3D models sent to injection molders shortened tool-design cycle times. By adopting the Stratasys solution, OxySure accelerated iteration, lowered prototyping expenses, and gained a practical, low-cost tool to drive future product innovation.
