A Stratasys Case Study
Nee Zahntechnik, a Germany-based dental laboratory, needed a way to produce highly accurate, multi-material, color-accurate dental models quickly while minimizing rework to ensure better patient fit and comfort. To solve this, the lab adopted Stratasys technology, installing the Stratasys J5 DentaJet 3D printer to modernize its digital workflow for implants, veneers, splints, surgical guides and dentures.
Stratasys’ J5 DentaJet delivers PolyJet resolution down to 18.75 microns, access to over 500,000 colors and the ability to print up to five materials in a single pass, including biocompatible options and mixed trays. With the Stratasys solution, Nee Zahntechnik achieved faster turnaround, reduced rework, improved patient fit and more realistic case presentations—saving time and money while scaling production.
