Axilone Group, a global packaging solutions provider for the cosmetics industry that serves luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Dior and Gucci, faced the challenge of producing high-quality, fully realized packaging samples and speeding seasonal prototype development. To meet these needs Axilone partnered with Stratasys, deploying Stratasys’ PolyJet full‑color 3D printing technology, including the J8 Series and J826 printer.

Stratasys’ J826 PolyJet solution prints up to seven resin materials simultaneously and produces more than 500,000 distinguishable, Pantone‑validated color combinations, delivering high accuracy, full color rendition and fast iteration. Using Stratasys technology, Axilone significantly improved seasonal prototype efficiency, could present original designs in their entirety, and strengthened its one‑stop packaging capabilities—enabling faster, more realistic samples to showcase diverse cosmetic packaging innovations.
