GO Orthotics prints 28 pairs of orthotics per 12:45 cycle with Stratasys H350

GO Orthotics, a New Zealand-based orthotic manufacturer, sought to deliver high-quality, custom foot orthotics at scale while maintaining its position as a technology leader. Their challenge was to find a manufacturing solution that was efficient, space-conscious, and capable of producing intricate, high-quality products. To achieve this, they partnered with vendor Stratasys and implemented its H350 3D printer using SAF technology.

Stratasys provided the H350 printer and High Yield PA11 material, a bio-sourced polymer. This solution allowed GO Orthotics to nest 28 pairs of orthotics in a single print cycle, drastically reducing the cost per part and increasing throughput. The result was the ability to produce superior, intricate designs faster and with a smaller physical footprint. This partnership solidified GO Orthotics' competitive edge, making it the first in New Zealand to use this technology and the only local lab with onsite additive manufacturing capabilities.
