FabGRAB produces over 30 full dentures per run with Stratasys

FabGRAB, a Spanish dental startup, faced the challenge of scaling its production of removable dentures to meet rising demand. The traditional manual process was labor-intensive and could not efficiently meet the need for both precision and aesthetics. To lead the shift to digital workflows, they turned to vendor Stratasys and its J5 DentaJet 3D printer and TrueDent-D resin.

The solution from Stratasys was a fully digital workflow using the J5 DentaJet to print monolithic, full-color dentures. This allowed FabGRAB to produce over 30 dentures simultaneously in a single print run, drastically reducing manual labor and enabling batch production. The results included highly aesthetic, hyper-realistic dentures and the digital flexibility to store and reprint designs at any time, positioning the startup as a leader in the new market for efficient denture solutions.
